I’ve experienced this effect before, most recently when playing Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 and 2.

I wasn’t surprised because it looked so good I was surprised because it looked exactly as I remembered it. If you have a decent hardline connection and don't mind doing the more difficult stuff solo then go for it.Diablo 2: Resurrected shocked me in the opening minutes of play. None of the threads I saw from 2021 to now had an official response, it seems they left the netcode mostly intact while the game demands more throughput with the upgrades. And no Blizzard is not going to fix the connectivity issues. I personally don't like the repetition of going through the same content alone so seeing other builds in action as the difficulty increase was a highlight for me as a kid, I didn't get to have that experience this time. So like others say, be comfortable doing any content alone. It honestly just got worse so I wasn't having fun.Īside from that, when I got to nightmare, there were maybe 10 games active from the lobby. I had 10 disconnects in an hour while trying everything short of buying a power line adapter. There are countless threads of people losing HC chars to connection issues. Rubber banding is a big issue too regardless of graphics and fps settings, and it's unrelated to people's hardware (I have an rtx 3060).

Go ahead and take a Google and you'll see that constant disconnects have been a problem for no small amount of people. If youre on wifi or don't have a solid internet connection, it seems like the game is very sensitive to packet loss. The remaster looks great and has QoL improvements but I installed it last week and had to uninstall. So everyone is giving you just solid yes's so I'll be diablos advocate.
